Course Description
This session is designed to assist participants in making better use of their most valuable asset – time. Contributors to improper utilization of time are:
- Interruptions
- Lack of priorities
- Disorganization
- Inability to say ‘no’ and
- Ineffective delegation
Method of Instruction
Topics from planning, to prioritizing, to delegating, to controlling the people who control your time will be discussed. Participants will learn how to deal more efficiently with:
- Meetings
- Telephone calls/Emails
- Paperwork
- Interruptions, and
- Emergencies without allowing them to become sidetracked and sabotage their schedule.
