Course Description
The Principles of Management Series covers the principles, functions, skills, and applications of the professional approach to management. The program has been designed specifically for managers, team leaders, first-level supervisors through middle managers. Sessions should benefit any leader at any of these levels, regardless of experience.
Method of Instruction
Each unit includes an "Awareness Inventory" assignment that participants will be asked to complete at the beginning of each module. The sessions should follow the general format listed below:
