Course Description
This session focuses on the primary causes of stress in our lives. Once the participant understands the causes of stress and how to gain control of these causes, the less vulnerable he/she will be to stressful situations.
Participants will learn to:

- Live with change and become “change skilled”
- Remain functional when under stress
- Understand how the need for approval affects our stress level
- Let go of stressful situations
- Vent frustration without hurting others
- Confront the role we play in our own stress – and in our happiness
