Course Description
This program is designed to create awareness of:
- How harassment is defined and how the courts and the government apply the definition
- What specific steps can be taken to ensure that the law is not broken
- What behaviors can be expected from others, and
- Steps to take if harassment is believed to have occurred
Method of Instruction
This is an inactive program allowing participants to complete a
- Pre-program harassment assessment and
- Post-program harassment assessment.

- Define harassment and offensive behaviors
- Learn the effects that harassment has on others
- Examine personal feelings about harassment
- Promote the concept that harassment of any type is a form of discrimination and cannot be tolerated
- Discuss the organization’s policies and procedures related to harassment
