Diana B. Hickman
Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Business Administration and is currently working on her Masters in Leadership. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and The International Society for Performance Improvement. She has completed graduate courses in Adult Education and Development at UNCC.
Diana Hickman has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing management, and plant operator and management training. Her management background includes Manufacturing Department roles and Assistant Plant Manager experience. She has been responsible for the management of as many as 320 associates. Her experience as Plant Training Manager includes operator and management training, quality and production improvement programs, and development and implementation of training course and materials.
While working with a Fortune 500 Company, Diana was responsible for developing the first-of-its-kind visual aid training program for technicians. She coordinated and implemented a GED Program, graduating more in her facility than any other location. She was responsible for her company's involvement with a local community college's computer based learning program (PLATO), which included a $50,000 corporate donation to the community college.
Diana has been involved in a variety of community organizations. She served as President of a local County Literacy Coalition, she was a member of a county's United Way Allocation Committee, and worked with the Big Brother/ Big Sister Organization. She has been a coach for high-risk kids at a community recreation center, and she has been a recipient of the NC Governor's Award for Volunteerism. She has also taught business courses at various community colleges.

Since joining ProSource Industrial Training, Ron has specialized in establishing production systems to streamline and improve operational efficiency with organizations in the United States and Mexico. This has been accomplished by
Ron's experience includes both operator and management training, problem solving techniques and prevention strategies and development and implementation of customized training courses and materials.
Ron has more than 28 years of experience in manufacturing management and plant operator and management training. His management background includes both Training Director and Human Resources Generalist roles with a Fortune 500 Corporation.
Also, his experience includes establishing Training Departments involving selection and training of Training Leaders and instructors to the implementation of short and long range training agendas. Through his knowledge, organizational controls have been developed and implemented to monitor progress of systems and expected results outcomes.
Ron has been involved in a variety of community organizations.
