Course Description
This program is designed to create awareness of:
- The relationship between change and risk
- The normalcy of change
- The relationship between change and stress
- The three phases of change
- The need to embrace change by understanding change and not fearing change
- The six change-implementation strategies
Methods of Instruction
Participants will assess the current effects of change in their environment and develop strategies to improve the change process going forward. An individual Stress Test consisting of a series of statements to be answered providing insight into the participants stress level will be given.
