Course Description
Everyday new statutes are passed by the federal and state governments, new regulations are adopted by federal and state agencies and courts are ruling on existing statues, regulations and ordinances. Interviewing Techniques/Skills provides a guide for navigating the legal minefield of hiring and managing.

- The ‘Five Deadly Sins of Job Interviewing’
- Questioning style
- Questions NOT to ask
- Questions TO ask
- Reading people during the interview
- Practice what has been learned – Interviewing role plays
