Problem Solving For Leaders

Course Description
This session is designed to help participants recognize and define a problem or a potential problem. The participants will learn the eight steps in problem solving and decision making that lead to the removal of a problem’s cause. Tools such as sampling techniques, cost-benefit analysis, decision trees, and brainstorming will be introduced.
The session will use case studies and role plays to assist in mastering the Problem Solving Techniques.

- Defining problems
- Defining objectives
- Determining the best problem solving approach
- Appreciating sampling and sampling benefits
- Practicing brainstorming techniques
